Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Oracle Eloqua campaigns, including audience segmentation, automated workflows, and lead nurturing.
• Handle cross-channel data transfers and ensure data hygiene, accurate segmentation, and seamless lead flow between Eloqua and Salesforce.
• Create, maintain, and optimize automated workflows: lead scoring, email marketing automation, and lead flow processes.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: setup, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
• Design and implement Eloqua programs, landing pages, and forms to capture leads effectively.
• Create and manage Custom Data Objects (CDOs) to support business requirements and campaign execution.
• Provide recommendations for continuous campaign improvement based on analytics.
