Job Title: ELM Analyst Job Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full Time Experience: 0-6 months About this role: We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our growing team as Analyst focused on Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) technology. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to build a career in the fast-evolving legal technology space. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship on ELM platforms and gain real-world exposure to legal operations, data management, legal tech implementation, and client support. Key Responsibilities: Participate in onboarding and training programs to learn ELM tools and concepts Support implementation and configuration of ELM platforms (e.g. TeamConnect, Onit etc.) Assist in data uploads, quality checks, user setup, and workflow configurations Collaborate with senior team members to support project delivery and client needs Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain task logs Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders Work on various mini projects such as an annual software true up campaign.
