Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Elixir (Phoenix Framework) and Node.js. Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and web applications while collaborating with product, design, and DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Elixir (Phoenix) and Node.js Develop robust APIs and integrate third-party services and databases Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend logic with React/Next.js or similar frontend frameworks Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with comprehensive test coverage Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and logging Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and agile processes Technical Skills Required 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Elixir (Phoenix preferred) Strong experience in Node.js with Express or NestJS Experience with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, and RESTful API design Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event systems (preferred) Familiarity with React.js, TypeScript, or modern frontend tools (good to have) Proficient with version control systems (Git) and containerization tools (Docker) Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS systems Nice to Have Experience with Ejabberd, GraphQL, Cassandra, or Erlang Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Background in building secure, high-performance systems What We Offer Competitive salary: 5 to 12 LPA based on experience and skillset Exposure to modern architecture, tools, and development practices Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Opportunity to work on greenfield SaaS projects with real-world impact
