What We’re Looking For 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with 3–5+ years of Elixir/Phoenix in production. Solid grasp of OTP , distributed systems, and fault-tolerant architectures. Experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/Lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, etc.). Familiarity with Kafka or other event-streaming tools. Proficiency with relational & in-memory databases (MySQL, Redis). Understanding of REST/GraphQL API design and containerization (Docker). Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others. Nice to Have Exposure to Erlang or other functional languages (Haskell, Clojure). Experience with Salesforce integrations or multi-instance architectures.
