What You Will Do

• Manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Make outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients
• Present our services clearly and confidently to help clients make the right choice
• Aim to close deals during the first interaction whenever possible
• Conduct virtual consultations and demos with international clients
• Build trust and strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Follow up regularly and maintain client interest
• Keep detailed records of conversations and lead status using internal systems
• Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales goals

What We Are Looking For

• Inside sales or telesales experience of 4 to 8 years, ideally in banking, insurance, education, or hospitality
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a hunger to grow are welcome to apply
• Fluency in English and Punjabi is a must, as you will speak with international clients
• Comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Docs, and CRM tools
• A target-oriented mindset with the desire to succeed and earn
• A professional, respectful, and culturally sensitive approach when speaking with clients

Work Schedule and Expectations

• Night shift: 9-hour shift between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Work week: 5.5 days (2 Saturdays working, 2 Saturdays off)
• No cab or meal facilities provided
• You must be open and willing to work night shifts regularly
