Key Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate Montessori-based learning for elementary age groups
Create and maintain a prepared, engaging classroom environment
Observe, assess, and document student progress
Support students academic, emotional, and social development
Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents
Uphold Montessori practices and school values consistently

Eligibility Criteria

Montessori Teacher Training (AMI / AMS / MACTE or equivalent preferred)
Experience in Montessori or elementary education
Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy
Good communication and classroom management skills
Willingness to work in a residential school setup

Preferred

Prior experience in an elementary Montessori classroom
