Electrostatic Gun Maintenance Technician

As an Electrostatic Spray Gun Technician, your primary responsibility will be to install, commission, and calibrate electrostatic spray guns and systems at customer locations. You will also be required to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrostatic spray guns, power supplies, and related accessories. In addition, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in the field will be a key part of your role. You will provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers and operators, ensuring that they are equipped to operate the equipment effectively. It will be your responsibility to prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and communicate findings to the Service Coordinator in a timely manner. Maintaining tools, spare parts, and equipment in good working condition will be essential to your success in this role. You will also be required to coordinate with internal departments for spares dispatch, warranty claims, and service follow-up, ensuring seamless operations. Adherence to safety protocols and company service standards is paramount in this position. You will be expected to train end users and operators on basic maintenance and safe usage of equipment, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
