Role Overview: You will be responsible for Low-Power PCB Design, Battery Management & Efficiency, Wireless Communication Integration, RF Layout Optimization, Power Supply & Voltage Regulation, Thermal Management, Compact & Energy-Efficient Design, EMI/EMC Compliance, Prototyping & Testing, and Collaboration with Firmware & Mechanical Teams. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize power consumption for extended battery life in Low-Power PCB Design. - Design circuits for efficient power regulation, charging, and battery protection in Battery Management & Efficiency. - Incorporate LoRa, NB-IoT, BLE, Wi-Fi, or other wireless modules while ensuring signal integrity in Wireless Communication Integration. - Minimize interference and ensure proper antenna placement for reliable connectivity in RF Layout Optimization. - Implement efficient DC-DC converters and low-power voltage regulators in Power Supply & Voltage Regulation. - Optimize heat dissipation for battery-operated devices to prevent overheating in Thermal Management. - Ensure minimal PCB footprint while maintaining performance in Compact & Energy-Efficient Design. - Design for regulatory compliance and noise reduction in wireless environments in EMI/EMC Compliance. - Validate battery life, power consumption, and RF performance through iterative testing in Prototyping & Testing. - Work closely with embedded developers and enclosure designers for seamless integration in Collaboration with Firmware & Mechanical Teams. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Low-Power PCB Design and power optimization techniques. - Experience in designing circuits for power regulation, charging, and battery protection. - Knowledge of wireless communication protocols and integration of wireless modules. - Familiarity with RF layout optimization and antenna placement. - Expertise in power supply design, voltage regulation, and heat dissipation. - Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory standards. - Ability to collaborate effectively with firmware and mechanical teams for product integration.
