Electronics Engineer

As a PCB Design Engineer at our luxury brand dedicated to merging sustainable living with effortless style, your primary responsibility will be optimizing power consumption for extended battery life in our battery-operated devices. You will design circuits for efficient power regulation, charging, and battery protection to ensure the best battery management and efficiency. Incorporating wireless communication modules such as LoRa, NB-IoT, BLE, Wi-Fi, or others will be a key aspect of your role, where you will be tasked with ensuring signal integrity. Additionally, you will be expected to minimize interference and ensure proper antenna placement for reliable connectivity through RF layout optimization. Implementing efficient DC-DC converters and low-power voltage regulators for power supply and voltage regulation, as well as optimizing heat dissipation for thermal management, will be crucial aspects of your design responsibilities. You will need to ensure a compact and energy-efficient design with minimal PCB footprint while maintaining high performance standards. Your role will also involve designing for EMI/EMC compliance to meet regulatory standards and reduce noise in wireless environments. Prototyping and testing will be essential for validating battery life, power consumption, and RF performance through iterative testing processes. Collaboration with firmware and mechanical teams will be necessary as you work closely with embedded developers and enclosure designers to achieve seamless integration of the PCB designs.
