Role & responsibilities 1.Execute action plan according to the targets 2.Effective execution of set plan, optimum resources utilisation and development of competencies for application engineers 3.Receivable management 4.Perform promotional activities (Trainings & Demos ) 5.Provide Online support to the customer 6.Prepare SOP(Standard operation procedure ) 7.Workout Component Inspection cycle time study 8.Deliver Customer trainings on CMM operations 9.Customer visits for technical issues and concerns 10.Demo CMM maintenance, inspection of component & training services 11.Monthly feedback on application case studies 12.Attain trainings as per yearly training calendar (Minimum 8 hours ) 13.Review with immediate superior 14.Maintain data security and business confidentiality 15.Follow disciplinary measures 16.Ensure customer data protection
