You will be responsible for software configuration, flashing, installation, log capturing, and other maintenance-related tasks. This includes maintaining equipment at site, keeping records up-to-date, conducting preventive maintenance at sites, training customer staff, and liaising with customers, OEMs, and other vendors. You may also be involved in satellite shifting, emergency activities, and other exigencies. To be considered for this role, you should have completed a B.Tech/B.E in IT/ECE/CS and hold a CCNA certification. You should possess basic knowledge of IT, Software Development Life Cycle, and operating systems such as Linux, RT Linux, Lynx OS, and Windows. Your responsibilities will include working on software/hardware as required, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, installing/flashing applications, testing application programs, and configuring systems as per requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to check fiber connectivity and Ethernet connectivity between nodes, as well as repair or replace faulty connections when necessary.
