Electronics Engineer (Home Appliances)

Role Overview: You will be working as a Highly Experienced electronics engineer/Consultant for a leading D2C Brand in India. Your main responsibilities will include finding component and local spare parts suppliers, assisting in setting up a factory unit from scratch, helping in setting up in-house processes, following compliances to start assembling units, and training responsible staff over video conference for repairs and installation. All the work is related to consumer electronics & home appliances, and engineers who have worked in prominent brands will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Find component and local spare parts suppliers. - Assist in setting up a factory unit from scratch. - Help set up in-house processes and follow compliances to start assembling units. - Train responsible staff over video conference for repairs and installation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering is required. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer electronics or home appliances manufacturing is required. - Engineers who have not worked in relevant categories or in the telecommunications industry need not apply. - Experience in BLDC motors fans, Air Purifiers, Dehumidifiers, Smart Home Appliances, etc., will be advantageous. - 10 years of experience in Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances Manufacturing is preferred.
