Job Summary:
The Customer Service & E-commerce Support Officer will manage customer interactions, gather feedback, handle queries, and assist in E-commerce activities to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and gather feedback.
• Handle customer queries and grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
• Update and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
• Keep records of calls and interactions, noting useful information for future reference.

E-commerce Support:

• Assist in creating and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Support online campaigns to improve product visibility and engagement.
• Help monitor customer reviews and feedback across online channels.
• Coordinate with e-commerce teams to implement promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory.
• Proven experience in e-commerce will be a positive edge.
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to commute/re-locate to Zirakpur, Punjab reliably.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month
