We are hiring a customer service officer. We need a bright & positive person who can assist with customer calls & servicing.

Main Role & Responsibilities

Calling customers to get feedback on products.

Calling & finding distributors

Managing other operational work

Detailed Job Description

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, listening to their feedback.
• Answer questions about products or the company if asked by customers.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” and contact distributors
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
