Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the

  All-India Service Team

  .
• Oversee

  FOC (Free of Charge)

  and

  Non-Warranty service operations

  .
• Provide

  after-sales service support

  to Sales & Service teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving service issues and escalations.
  
• Handle

  irate customers

  with professionalism and effective communication.
• Travel to large customer sites across India to resolve technical problems.
  
• Ensure accurate service reporting and coordination with management.
  
• Implement service policies and improve response time.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Knowledge of

  SAP B1

  preferred.
• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 10+ years of experience in

  Service Team Management

  .
• Experience in handling

  after-sales support

  for industrial machines.
• Strong technical and customer-handling expertise.
