Electronic Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (B2B Electronic Sales) Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office) Experience: 2–3 Years (Sales/Electronics Sales) Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, Mechanical, or IT Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (CTC ₹4.2 – ₹6.6 LPA) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Incentives: Up to ₹3.9 LPA (based on targets) Gender: Male/Female About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our B2B Electronics Sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling electronic components, boards, and engineering products with strong technical understanding and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and maintain profit margins. Identify, onboard, and retain B2B clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products. Negotiate pricing and terms of sales. Maintain accurate sales records and customer data. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills :Excellent communication and convincing ability. Sound knowledge of electronic/electrical components and products. Experience in B2B/technical sales or as a Sales Engineer.
