Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for quality control of PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, and system-level
integrations by inspecting components, soldering, and wiring as per In-Process Quality Controlstandards and technical documents. Conducts testing, documents results, handles non-conformances,and ensures compliance with QC procedures.Key Responsibilities:PCB-Level Quality ControlInterpret PCB component placement diagrams and verify components as per layout andBOMInspect solder joints, component orientation, and placement using IPC standardsConduct visual inspections for soldering defects, dry joints, and component misalignmentPerform component verification using datasheets and manufacturer specificationsCable Harness Quality ControlInspect cable routing, bundling, and harness assembly against wiring diagramsVerify connector pin-outs and crimping quality and Perform continuity checksLRU-Level & System QCConduct integration checks at the LRU/subsystem level, cable interface, and connector andmodules placements.Verify power-on verification, continuity tests, and assist in functional test proceduresTesting, Tools & DocumentationUse test equipment including digital multimeters, and test jigs.Document all inspection and test results in accordance with internal QC proceduresMaintain records of non-conformances (NCRs) and assist in root cause analysisSupport calibration and preventive maintenance of QC tools and fixturesMinimum Service Agreement : 24 Months Service
