Job Summary: Responsible for quality control of PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, and system-level integrations by inspecting components, soldering, and wiring as per In-Process Quality Control standards and technical documents. Conducts testing, documents results, handles non-conformances, and ensures compliance with QC procedures. Key Responsibilities: PCB-Level Quality Control Interpret PCB component placement diagrams and verify components as per layout and BOM Inspect solder joints, component orientation, and placement using IPC standards Conduct visual inspections for soldering defects, dry joints, and component misalignment Perform component verification using datasheets and manufacturer specifications Cable Harness Quality Control Inspect cable routing, bundling, and harness assembly against wiring diagrams Verify connector pin-outs and crimping quality and Perform continuity checks LRU-Level & System QC Conduct integration checks at the LRU/subsystem level, cable interface, and connector and modules placements. Verify power-on verification, continuity tests, and assist in functional test procedures Testing, Tools & Documentation Use test equipment including digital multimeters, and test jigs. Document all inspection and test results in accordance with internal QC procedures Maintain records of non-conformances (NCRs) and assist in root cause analysis Support calibration and preventive maintenance of QC tools and fixtures Minimum Service Agreement : 24 Months Service

You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Avionics, or a related field. Along with that, a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is required. It is essential to be proficient in avionics systems, electrical design, and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Altium, or similar software. A strong understanding of EMI/EMC standards, wire harness design, and power distribution is necessary for this role.
