We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electronic Engineer to handle the repair, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all bakery production machines at our base kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure minimal downtime, proper preventive maintenance, and adherence to machine hygiene and safety standards.
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all bakery production
Monitor daily machine cleaning by the operations team to ensure longevity and smooth functioning.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service logs for each machine.
Identify and resolve electrical or automation-related faults promptly.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers for spare parts, technical guidance, and upgrades.
Train kitchen staff on machine handling, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in maintaining industrial or food-processing machinery.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels, PLCs, and automated systems.
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective technical solutions.
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to preventive maintenance.---
