Electronic Banking Analyst , Cash & Trade -Implementation (German Proficient)

Role Overview: As an Electronic Banking Analyst in the Cash & Trade - Implementation team at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of implementation & documentation tasks under the direct supervision of Client Implementation Managers. Your key tasks will include document generation, electronic banking system setups, testing, resolving client queries, and issues. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise and collaborate with onshore implementation and service teams on documentation covering various processes such as new/sub-account opening, signatory updates, KYC, EBICS setup, account closure, account mandate updates, and account amendments. - Manage implementation and maintenance-related documentation requirements, including signature verification and digitized document archival. - Ensure timely delivery of required document packages to onshore requestors with high quality. - Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow related to product documentation. - Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all necessary setups are in place. - Distribute documents to other DB branches/departments if necessary. - Escalate issues to respective L2 support teams. - Provide bank letters based on defined templates and procedures. - Document tasks being performed by the team using Adonis. - Manage each case using the internal case management tool. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in German speaking and writing (Preferably B2 and above); ability to communicate in German with clients. - 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role. - 1 year of experience in handling Cash Management products is preferred. - Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German.
