Job Description

Job Summary:

Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and conduct routine inspections.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Operate hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
Assist in energy-saving and preventive maintenance activities.
Report daily activities and issues to the supervisor or engineer.
Maintain proper records of equipment and service work.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:
ITI in Electrician Trade (NCVT/SCVT certified preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Basic understanding of electrical circuits, components, and safety procedures.
Ability to read electrical drawings and use testing instruments.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Skills Required:

Electrical system troubleshooting
Equipment installation & maintenance
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Knowledge of safety protocols
Good communication and teamwork
