Job Title: Electrician Location: Ambernath Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Electrical Supervisor / Maintenance Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control systems, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Follow electrical codes, blueprints, and manuals. Ensure compliance with local and national electrical safety regulations. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects on time. Maintain records of work performed and materials used. Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a technical school or apprenticeship is a plus. Valid electrician license (as per local/state regulations. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures. Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, at heights, in confined spaces). Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrical systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Knowledge of energy-efficient and smart electrical systems. Working Conditions: May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on project needs. Exposure to noise, dust, and various weather conditions depending on the worksite.
