Job Title: Electrician (Store & Warehouse Operations)

Qualification: 10th Pass + ITI / Diploma in Electrical

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to oversee the electrical maintenance and operational support for our retail stores and warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with electrical systems, refrigeration units, and temperature-controlled equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems at store and warehouse sites
• Diagnose and repair issues related to lighting, switchboards, wiring, and control panels
• Perform minor servicing and troubleshooting of refrigeration units, deep freezers, and chillers
• Monitor cold storage and HVAC systems to ensure temperature stability and optimal performance
• Attend to emergency breakdowns and prioritize timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate records/logs of inspections, repairs, and energy usage
• Coordinate with external vendors or AMC providers for specialized or major repairs
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while performing all electrical tasks
• Support new store/warehouse setups including electrical layouts and load distribution planning

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

• 10th Pass (Matriculation)
• ITI in Electrician Trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1–3 years in electrical maintenance, preferably in warehouse, retail, or cold storage environments
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration, chillers, or HVAC systems is a plus

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in wiring, electrical panel systems, and safety standards
• Basic knowledge of cold storage and temperature-controlled units
• Ability to use testing tools, gauges, and electrical maintenance equipment
• Physically fit and willing to travel to different locations as needed
