Job Description

qualified and experienced Electrical Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical team in execution of projects
Plan and oversee electrical installations, wiring, and equipment maintenance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines
Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend solutions
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Monitor procurement and usage of electrical components
Train and mentor junior staff for skill development
Prepare reports and documentation for maintenance and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or project management
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols
Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Sound understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
