Now we need a Electrician (ITI, specialization or experienced with 3-phase power, motors, pumps, control panels) to turn smart machines and good intentions into world-class execution.

An electrician with this background is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems primarily in industrial or commercial settings, someone with a right hustle attitude and cultural fit, and a desire to be a generalist (no task should be "too small")

This is not a clipboard job from a glass office. It’s on the floor, in the heat, sleeves up. It’s NOT a 9-to-5, please do NOT apply if you want a chill job.

What We Are Looking For

· Qualification: ITI Electrician (NCVT/SCVT). Wireman license/authorization preferred.

· Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing/industrial settings with strong hands‑on skill in 3‑phase power, motors/pumps, and control panels.

· Hands‑On & Practical: You’re comfortable being on the floor, tools in hand, solving real problems.

· Operational Discipline: Experience on fast‑moving shop floors; you can maintain quality and consistency under pressure.

· Digitally Comfortable: Basic Excel, email, and app‑based reporting; willing to use data to run smarter.

· Start‑Up Grit: Adaptable, focused, and ready to hustle in a dynamic, evolving setup.

· Mission Fit: You believe manufacturing can be ethical, inclusive, and impactful—and you want to help prove it.

· Location: Pune; full‑time on‑site presence required.

· The X‑Factor: Pride in a clean, efficient, human‑first shop floor.

· Communication: Ability to speak English for basic work communication; Marathi/Hindi preferred

What You’ll Do

Installation & Power Distribution

• Install and troubleshoot 3‑phase power systems (LT), including MCC/PCC panels, DBs, breakers (MCB/MCCB), ELCB/RCCB, earthing, neutral/earth bus, and cable glanding/termination.
• Lay and route cables/cable trays, perform proper lugging, ferruling, labeling, and torque checks.

Motors, Pumps & Drives

• Wire, test, and maintain AC motors, pumps, blowers, gear motors, and heaters.
• Configure and service starters (DOL/Star‑Delta/Soft‑Starters) and VFDs; perform rotation/IR checks and alignment coordination with mechanics.

Control Panels & Controls

• Assemble, wire, diagnose, and repair control panels (contactors, relays, overloads, timers, SMPS, interlocks).
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams/blueprints; update red‑line changes.
• Basic PLC I/O wiring and sensor/instrument connections (as trained/authorized).

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Execute PM/AM checklists for panels, motors, distribution, lighting, utilities; maintain spares and tools.
• Attend breakdowns; perform root cause analysis, restore to standard with minimal MTTR, and document learnings.
• Conduct IR (megger) tests, earth resistance checks, continuity tests; rectify hot‑spots/loose connections.

Safety, Hygiene & Compliance

• Follow LOTO, PPE, permit‑to‑work, arc‑flash/shock awareness, and machine guarding; uphold 5S on the floor.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with internal EHS procedures, the Factories Act, and applicable electrical standards.
• Escalate unsafe conditions; take part in toolbox/safety talks and audits.

Quality, Data & Documentation

• Maintain digital records in Excel/Google Sheets/ERP: PM compliance, breakdown logs, energy use, spares consumption, downtime codes.
• Support first‑off/first‑pass quality checks after interventions; track rejections and assist in RCA.

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

• Support quick changeovers, line set‑ups, and trials with Production/R&D/Impact teams.
• Contribute Kaizens to reduce scrap/waste, improve OEE, and standardize work.
• Guide and mentor helpers/trainees from diverse backgrounds with patience and respect.
