Electrician & Building Maintenance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Performing general electrical maintenance.
• Inspecting all electrical components..
• Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
• Inspect regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

Requirements:

• Experience working as an electrician.
• High school diploma.
• Deep electrical system, maintenance, and repair knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
