Job Description

Position

Role Overview:

Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
of plant electrical systems.
Monitor and maintain
voltage, current, earthing
, and load balancing in the plant.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in
motors, panels, PLC systems, and control circuits
.
Conduct routine inspection and testing of
LT panels, distribution boards, and cables
.
Support installation and commissioning of
new machines or electrical equipment
.
Maintain
maintenance logs and electrical safety documentation
.
Ensure compliance with
electrical and plant safety standards
at all times.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, circuits, and industrial wiring
.
Experience in
plant maintenance and troubleshooting
.
Understanding of
earthing, load distribution, and energy management
.
Ability to read
electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
.
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2-5 years
of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing / chemical / FMCG plant.
