Job Title: Battery Pack Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Battery Pack Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for dismantling, assembling, and maintaining battery modules, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantling of Battery Packs as per standard procedures.
• Removal and Refitting of FPCs (Flexible Printed Circuits) in all modules.
• Cutting Module Side Plates using appropriate tools and safety practices.
• Applying PET Stickers on all modules for insulation and identification.
• Installing Pressure Plates on all modules as per assembly guidelines.
• Assembling Battery Packs ensuring accuracy, alignment, and quality standards.
• Maintaining Campaign Records — including photographs, documentation, and logbooks for traceability and quality control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in battery assembly, maintenance, or related field.
• Good understanding of electrical components and battery systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and responsible attitude.
