Electrical Technician (Lighting Control)

As an experienced Electrical Technician, your role will involve performing installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, motors, panels, and wiring. You will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctioning systems and components using test instruments, and carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime effectively. Your ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals will be crucial for the successful execution of your tasks. Ensuring compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to test electrical systems using tools such as multimeters and megger testers, support new equipment installations, and maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance logs. Collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure smooth operations and contributing actively to creating a safe work environment in line with company safety policies will also be part of your role.
