Electrical Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in CNC machine electrical operations, Diesel Generator (DG) sets, and transformer maintenance. The role involves ensuring minimal downtime of equipment and supporting smooth operations of all electrical systems in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, DG sets, and electrical transformers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic faults in CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi controllers preferred).
• Monitor and maintain Diesel Generators including routine servicing, control panel checks, and fuel systems.
• Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of transformers, LT & HT panels, and associated electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, and maintain all related documentation.
• Coordinate with the production and mechanical team for machine uptime and support.
• Maintain electrical drawings, documentation, and logs.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and electrical infrastructure.
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components such as sensors, relays, contactors, fuses, etc.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of CNC machines, DG sets, and transformers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and PLC ladder logic (basic).
• Familiar with VFDs, control panels, switchgear, and industrial power distribution.
• Should hold a valid Electrical License (preferred or mandatory as per state regulations).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and energy management practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
