Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults in elevators.
Replace or repair defective parts such as wiring, motors, relays, and switches.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Coordinate with the supervisor or service manager for job updates and material requirements.
Maintain service reports and maintenance records for all assigned equipment.
Provide on-site support during breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of elevator control systems and wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, and relay logic
Good communication and customer service skills
Awareness of safety protocols and tools handling
