• Electrical System Supervision

• Quality Assurance

  : Conduct

  on electrical jobs and

  fill out inspection checklists

  .

• Safety Risk Management

  : Identify

  electrical hazards

  , ensure

  risk assessments

• Troubleshooting Problem-Solving

  : Diagnose

• Project Coordination

• Documentation Reporting

Required Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

  from an

  AICTE-recognized institute

  .

• OR

  a

  Science Graduate

  with

  10+ years of industrial experience

  in electrical jobs in reputed

  Oil Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plants

  .

• Retired professionals

  (up to

  60 years of age

  ) with

  20+ years of experience

  in electrical jobs in Oil Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plants

  are also encouraged to apply

  .

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience

  , with at least

  2-3 years in Oil Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plant shutdown projects

  .

• Prior experience in shutdown activities

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Proficiency in

  English, Hindi, and Bengali

  , with the ability to write technical reports in

  English

  .
• Candidates must submit

  biodata with experience certificates and credentials

  for HPL approval.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  electrical standards, codes, and regulations

  .
• Ability to

  interpret electrical drawings, manuals, SOPs, and safety instructions

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  electrical troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning

  .
• Strong leadership skills to manage

  shutdown electrical teams

  .
• Understanding of

  hazardous electrical equipment and area classifications

  in petrochemical complexes.
• Familiarity with

  ISO quality standards and requirements

  .
• Physically capable of

  working at heights and in confined spaces

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Word Excel
