Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Supervisor located in Malappuram, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance tasks, supervising the installation and repair of electrical systems, ensuring all electrical equipment is functioning properly, and implementing safety protocols. Daily tasks will include coordinating with team members, managing project timelines, and troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of Electricity and handling Electrical Equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial or large-scale electrical systems is a plus
