Electrical Site Engineer

As an Electrical Site Engineer for Solar Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at project sites. Your role will involve managing on-site activities to ensure timely and quality project execution. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ground-mounted solar projects and a proven track record of completing a single project cycle in ground-mounted installations. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience with solar PV systems, a strong background in electrical engineering, and the ability to effectively coordinate and supervise site operations. Your educational background should include a Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics. This is a site-based position that may require you to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. You should be prepared for extended hours, weekend work, and occasional travel to remote project locations.
