Opportunity with a manufacturing company.
1. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
i. Execute planned maintenance activities on Power substation 66KV,HT & LT distribution ,DC caster, Reheating furnaces, and rolling mills,Pickling,Annealing,Slitting
ii. Update PM checklists and maintenance records regularly.
2. Breakdown Troubleshooting & Repair
i. Diagnose Electrical faults in equipment.
ii. Perform emergency repairs and root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
iii. Ensure quick turnaround of breakdowns to minimize production loss in shifts.
3. Equipment Monitoring & Reliability
Monitor the performance of critical equipment.
4. Documentation & Reporting
i. Maintain detailed logbooks, maintenance reports, and equipment history.
ii. Prepare failure reports and downtime analysis.
iii. Handle and maintain records in SAP PM module.
5. Safety Compliance
i. Follow and enforce safe work practices, especially substation, power distribution.
ii. Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures like LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), permit systems, and PPE usage.
6. Support During Shutdowns & Projects
i. Assist in planning and execution of shutdown maintenance and major overhauls.
ii. Coordinate with contractors or vendors during project execution or major repair work.
