Shorey E-Solutions is looking for an Electrical Panel Fabricator. This position is Full time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Understanding electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts to guide the assembly process.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and wiring principles.
• Panel Assembly: Mounting electrical components like circuit breakers, transformers, relays, and terminals within the panel enclosure.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in panel assembly.
• Wiring and Termination: Connecting wires to components according to specifications, ensuring proper termination, insulation, and routing.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Verifying the functionality of the assembled panel and diagnosing any electrical faults.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety procedures and regulations during all stages of panel fabrication.
• Component Selection and Sourcing: May be involved in selecting appropriate components and sourcing them from suppliers.
• Collaboration: Working with other engineers and technicians to ensure the panel meets the required specifications.
• Teamwork and Communication: Effectively collaborating with others and communicating technical information.

**Duties and Responsibilities can be modified at any time as per the requirement.

Requirements/Qualification:

● Valid driver's licence.

● Electrician degree or diploma in relevant field.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to self-manage

● Good communication skills.

Work conditions (not limited to) read thoroughly:

● No advance will be given in any conditions in the first year of your employment/association with the company.

● Expenses made for work will be reimbursed against the expense sheet weekly (Not acceptable beyond 15 days of the expense date).

● Unplanned leaves shall be deducted as 3 days (except medical conditions to be supported by documents)

● Travel time is not accounted for the job that includes customer site/work site visits etc as and if required and same shall not be compensated as overtime.

● Food charges as per company payout policy (for field only).

● The working days are 6 working days a week and the holiday shall be roaster based.

Salary: From INR 15,000 to 35,000/month.

Job Location: MK Technology Park, Tangori, Banur-Kharar Highway, NH205A, Punjab (Full-Time, also work on Field when required)
