Roles & Responsibilities :

Electrical Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, and other industrial automation systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of wiring, circuits, breakers, and electrical components.
• Install and upgrade electrical components as required.
• Adhere to electrical safety standards and regulations.

Mechanical Maintenance:

• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear on mechanical parts.
• Assist in installing and commissioning new machinery.
• Perform lubrication, alignment, and calibration of machines.
• Work with welding, fabrication, and basic machining when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in breakdown maintenance, predictive & preventive maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for maintenance record-keeping.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, steel, or process industries.
• Experience in handling both electrical and mechanical maintenance is preferred.

Work Environment & Conditions:

• Factory/plant-based role with occasional outdoor work.
• Requires working in shifts and responding to emergency maintenance calls.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
