Electrical Maintenance - Plumbing

The key responsibilities for this role include performing regular maintenance and emergency repairs for electrical and plumbing systems, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical wiring, lighting, and control systems, inspecting and repairing plumbing fixtures, drainage lines, and water supply systems, responding to breakdowns and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports. The ideal candidate should have expertise in electrical troubleshooting and repair, possess plumbing system knowledge, be skilled in preventive maintenance, have a problem-solving attitude, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle multiple properties.
