Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations. You will need to respond promptly to inquiries in case of breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize disruptions. Additionally, you will be involved in the installation of new electrical components, recommending replacements for faulty ones, and collaborating with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations - Provide prompt response to inquiries during breakdowns and resolve issues quickly - Ensure all equipment is in good working order to prevent disruptions in activities - Install fresh electrical components and fittings - Recommend replacements for old or faulty electrical components to management - Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget, and scheduling expenses for the electrical department - Maintain records of all stock and supplies, including company's electrical equipment - Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes - Perform energy audits and recommend alternative energy sources to reduce costs - Ensure all electrical gadgets and instruments are switched off after work hours - Fix and maintain lighting fixtures and fittings - Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services - Continuously learn new skills and attend training programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance engineering - Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and machinery - Knowledge of energy-saving practices and alternative energy sources - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices in the industry (Contact details provided for job location in Sanand, Gujarat) Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that the work location is in person.,
