You should have knowledge in PLC (program Logic Control) and control wiring, as well as SPP Panel and motor. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, wiring, and maintenance of control panels to ensure efficient system operation. Your duties will include overseeing the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of power control wiring systems and maintaining an adequate inventory of electrical components for seamless repairs and installations. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) will be essential to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime in equipment. Your role will involve efficiently wiring and configuring electrical systems to maximize machine yield and operational efficiency. You will need to review and approve electrical designs and technical specifications before construction or installation begins, ensuring optimal efficiency and safe load distribution. Monitoring and evaluating power distribution systems during installation and commissioning, promptly addressing any issues that arise, will be part of your responsibilities. You will supervise the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, transformers, distribution panels, and other electrical infrastructure. Leading troubleshooting efforts for electrical failures and ensuring timely identification and resolution of electrical issues at the site will be crucial. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of electrical systems, maintenance, and repairs is an important aspect of the role. Compliance with safety standards and procedures to minimize electrical hazards is essential. You will oversee the maintenance and repair of all electrical components of key plant equipment such as compressors, cutting machines, grinding machines, and welding machines. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The schedule is for day shift and morning shift, with a performance bonus offered.
