Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to Head a Department and lead a team of Electrical Engineers
Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination for smooth project execution.
Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-18 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial construction projects with a focus on electrical engineering.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of Indian electrical codes and regulations.
