Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate quantity take-off from AutoCAD drawings.
2. Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation.
3. Prepare costing sheets in Advanced Excel with formulas for accuracy.
4. Float inquiries to vendors and prepare comparative statements.
5. Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
