What this role offers:
As an Electrical R&D Engineer for EV chargers, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of high-power charging systems. You will work on cutting-edge technologies including power electronics, control systems, and charging interfaces, contributing to the next generation of sustainable eMobility solutions.

B.E. Electrical
Experience:
3-4 years of relevant experience in the Electrical Developments in eV charging/ comparable industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and simulate electrical schematics.Conduct design validation tests and troubleshoot technical issues during development and field escalations.Collaborate with mechanical team for Electrical components detailing/ positioning.Work with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and field applications to define specifications and prototype designs.Actively participate in Brainstorming sessions with BD/ PLM team together with other R&D peers to propose new features and next-gen product concepts.Maintain product documentation including specifications, materials, and design records. Drive Cost benchmarking; Support optimization by design change without compromising on the deliverables.Identify/ determine the product specific key features/ USPs for sharing with BD team to leverage technology differentiation and value selling perspectives.Contribute to internal technical standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Identifying Product development/ enhancement needs to increase market penetration.Develop strong Collaboration with Internal functions to keep track of latest developments and updates in the industry with changes in the product features of other OEMs. Good networking skills are desired.
