1. Coordination between engineering and other department personnel for timely completion of trouble shooting activities.
2. To maintain the documents as per cGMP & GDP during execution of any work.
3. Carrying out regular preventive maintenance and calibrations as per the schedule in GMPPro.
4. To receive tickets in the ticking forum and complete the works.
5. To execute the energy conservation as per planning.
6. Indenting all engineering related items and coordination with purchase department to procure various equipments and services from outside agencies within stipulated time.
7. Handling of all the QMS works (Equipment qualifications, Sops & Formats, Change control, deviations, CAPA, departmental log books etc.).
8. Verification of preventive and calibration tags for all the equipment’s and instruments in site.
9. To ensure the housekeeping at work place.
10. Responsible for timely Completion of all the trainings assigned in LMS.
11. Co-ordination with External agencies and Contractor for execution of break downs and repairs.
12. Preparation for cGMP Audit & Safety Audit and any other audits in the site.
13. Maintaining all instruments related data i.e. Instrument name, serial number, ID, supplied vendor, AMC/CMC status, available spares and consumables list.
14. Attending sudden breakdown of any instruments and rectifying with the support of respected instrument vendor by audio & video call support.
15. Maintains all service reports and installation reports for instruments.
16. Engineering material inward / outward entries.
17. Issuing of safety permits for works in the site.
18. To minimize the breakdown time DG and Transformer yard.
19. To enforce safety rules & regulations in site.
20. To prepare & update site connected blocks.
21. To impart regular shop floor training to subordinates.
22. Support to Projects in terms of Electrical & LV system related works i.e. Designing, Planning, BOQ Preparation/Verification, execution, and bill verification.
23. Execution of Modification works in the site.
24. To prepare critical spares & consumable item list and maintain the same.
25. To perform the Thermal Imaging survey at site
26. To ensure the E&Y compliance.
27. Any other responsibility assigned by Manager.
