Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components that ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety. The ideal candidate will contribute to planning, testing, and implementation of electrical solutions in line with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution networks.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and safety assessments.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and automation processes.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support for maintenance and improvement.
• Estimate project timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
• Research and implement energy-efficient and sustainable technologies.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation within engineering projects.
• Should possess basic knowledge about non- conventional energy streams (Solar, Wind, Hydropower Etcs)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, and control systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or other electrical design tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, and NEC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional ethics.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or power projects preferred.
