ELECTRICAL ENGINEER PLC PROGRAM

Role Overview: As a PLC Programmer and Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement PLC programs using various platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi. You will be required to write logic using ladder logic, function block diagram (FBD), or structured text (ST). Additionally, you will modify existing programs to enhance system performance or meet new requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement PLC programs on platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi. - Write logic using ladder logic, function block diagram (FBD), or structured text (ST). - Modify existing programs to enhance system performance or adapt to new requirements. - Develop and configure HMI screens and SCADA systems for effective integration. - Ensure seamless communication between PLCs, HMIs, and control networks. - Design and implement control panels and electrical schematics. - Specify and select control hardware such as PLCs, sensors, actuators, and relays. - Ensure systems meet safety and operational requirements. - Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT). - Troubleshoot and resolve PLC program and hardware issues during system startup. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, FBD, or structured text. - Experience with PLC platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi. - Knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems integration. - Strong understanding of control system design and implementation. - Ability to conduct factory and site acceptance tests. - Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving PLC program and hardware issues.
