ELECTRICAL ENGINEER PLC PROGRAM

As a PLC Programmer and Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi. Your role will involve writing logic in ladder logic, function block diagram (FBD), or structured text (ST) to ensure efficient system operation. Additionally, you will be required to make modifications to existing programs to enhance system performance and accommodate new requirements. In this position, you will also be involved in HMI and SCADA integration tasks. This includes developing and configuring HMI screens and SCADA systems to facilitate effective communication between PLCs, HMIs, and control networks. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless integration process to optimize system functionality. Furthermore, as part of the Control System Design responsibilities, you will be tasked with designing and implementing control panels and electrical schematics. This will involve specifying and selecting control hardware components such as PLCs, sensors, actuators, and relays. You will need to ensure that the systems you design meet both safety standards and operational requirements. During the Testing and Commissioning phase, you will conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) to validate system functionality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any PLC program or hardware issues that may arise during system startup. This role requires a full-time commitment with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.
