Electrical Engineer - Installation & Site Supervisor

As an Electrical Engineer - Installation & Site Supervisor at Ralsonics, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and timely installation and commissioning of ultrasonic cleaning and surface treatment equipment at customer sites. Your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact during the installation phase, facilitating seamless coordination between customers and internal teams for successful execution and handover. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise on-site electrical installation activities such as wiring, cable routing, earthing, and panel integration - Collaborate with internal fitters, project engineers, and customer site teams to ensure smooth operations - Perform pre-commissioning and functional testing of electrical and automation systems - Ensure adherence to wiring diagrams, safety standards, and project specifications - Maintain comprehensive installation checklists, reports, and updated drawings - Act as the technical point of contact for customers during installation and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) - Proactively address site issues, communicate effectively, and facilitate timely handover processes Desired Candidate Profile: - Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering - 2 to 5 years of experience in on-site installation of capital or industrial equipment - Proficient in electrical panels, control wiring, instrumentation, and basic automation (knowledge of PLC/HMI is advantageous) - Familiarity with tools like multimeters, IR testers, and adept at basic troubleshooting - Willingness to travel extensively across India for project execution - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric professional demeanor Benefits: - Commuter assistance - Flexible schedule - Leave encashment - Paid time off - Provident Fund Education: - Diploma (Required) Experience: - 2 years of work experience (Required) Willingness to travel: - 75% travel required (Required) Work Location: In person,
