Position: Electrical Design Engineer (Design & Estimation)

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Experience: 4+ years

Job Description:

• Lead Electrical design development and coordination with architects, consultants, and interior designers to ensure integrated and code-compliant systems.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works; evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes.
• Manage site execution of MEP installations—including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems ensuring quality and timelines.
• Proven experience in managing complete MEP scopes for interior fit-out turnkey projects
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients; lead MEP teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
