Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mathura for an EEE Faculty (Mentor). The EEE Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, creating educational content, conducting workshops, and guiding students through their technical projects. The mentor will also be involved in preparing students for placements by providing both technical and soft skills training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical and Electronics Engineering concepts and subjects
• Experience in curriculum development and educational content creation
• Strong mentorship and student coaching skills
• Ability to conduct workshops and deliver engaging lectures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the tech industry or academia is a plus
• Master's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
